Title: GIVI E55 Topcase best price

Looking at adding the GIVI E55 topcase and was wondering what the best price members have found for these cases.   Adding the liner, silver case, no LED brake lights, mounting hardware I am finding around $500.   
Can this really be the best price out there?

figure 306 for the Box, 37 for the liner, and 150 for a rack.  So 500 is a good ballpark figure,

Knowing what I do now I would have probably bought the Shad rather than the E55.  I leave my box on 99% of the time so I do not care what the rack looks like even though Phil's rack is nice for support.  The Shad comes with a nice backrest pad and I feel that it is has less movement on the rack than the E55.  Lastly I like the latch mechanism much more on the Shad SH50.  However I plan on adding the Admore light kit to the E55 and that may change my mind.  The Shad is a great box.
