They use liquid salt here in Colorado...when snow is in the forcast, they lay down de-icer before it snows...it's really messy!

Up here in the Great White North, it's a balmy 26 deg C in Ottawa ON, pretty good for Canada in October.

Wimp indeed. Got me a set of these babies mounted up (rear was a little tough) and I am set to go.
