Title: Chep Shorty Levers
Post by: reesedp on September 20, 2011, 06:29:31 AM
I dont know if this has been covered or not, but be careful buying the cheap Chinese shorty levers.  My clutch was fine until I got on it, then it slipped all the way up to the redline.

This was discussed quite thoroughly on the old forum.  The guy that had good luck had to do a tiny bit of machine work on his to get it right.

Strongly suggest Pazzo levers or such.

Not only are they built to the hiest quality standards, the roller bearings (one of main purposes for going aftermarket) are of top quality in comparison to the Chinese junk mill.

Yes if you drill out the pin it helps. Had the same issue.
