Feels like fall is already coming... (http://i1200.photobucket.com/albums/bb336/jaywilcox/confused1.gif)
65 degrees here in Portland for the high today, crazy PNW weather. :o
I just rode home from work with my grip heaters on because I only had my summer gloves with me, crazy. (http://i1200.photobucket.com/albums/bb336/jaywilcox/wacko.gif)
About time to start making my home made chili again I guess...

They're forecasting 90 for this weekend though so we'll see... (http://i1200.photobucket.com/albums/bb336/jaywilcox/smiley_dunno.gif)

Isn't fall here in S. Texas. We have been 100+ for over 30 days. Was 109 F this past Saturday. And that was actual temp. Not heat index.
Chili looks good. I've never put beans in my chili, but I usually cook a pot along side.
-
What was the temp when you rode home that you needed your grip heaters on for?
What a baby. ;)

97 today 100 tomorrow in STL.

49 this morning, big shame is I had to cage it, clubs never felt secure enough on the bike ;D

I leave San Francisco Sept 1st for a drive up to Lincoln City.
Sorry, no Razzi this time, taking Lola. (the mustang)
We are throwing a party to celebrate my parents 50th.
Keep the nice weather through the weekend please.

I only had my mesh summer gloves with me, it is supposed to be August right? I typically always have my heated grips on for the commute "to" work, just haven't had to use the heat on the way home since last winter (I mean July)... ;)

Sure no problem Royal! :chugbeer:
Maybe we need to get a good chili recipe thread going... (http://i1200.photobucket.com/albums/bb336/jaywilcox/idea.gif)
Or would that just not be "tough guy" enough?? (http://i1200.photobucket.com/albums/bb336/jaywilcox/smiley_smackbottom.gif) (http://i1200.photobucket.com/albums/bb336/jaywilcox/Bitchslap6.gif) (http://i1200.photobucket.com/albums/bb336/jaywilcox/smiley_dunno.gif)
I don't have it with me right now though because I'm still at work but I have no problem posting it for all to enjoy, it was originally passed down to me by my dad and I've done some tweaks to it over the years to make it even better IMO (multiple kinds of beans, multiple kinds of peppers, and muliple kinds of meat)... :P
-
I say just a "Share your favorite recipe" thread.
I have a couple I could share.
-
Where's the cheese ? ;D

Do you know how much Tillamook cheddar costs down here?
$9.88 for a 2 lb brick at Safeway.
Luckily Cotco carries it much cheaper.
Nothing compares!

Last day I rode with grip heaters on was Dec. 1, 2010. Put the bike up the next day until March 2011. :)

What's Fall? If I ever find out I will be sure to let you know. ;)
