Title: Balancing tires
Post by: Toaster on July 22, 2011, 01:53:07 PM
I live on the Sunshine Coast of BC and the Tire dealer here will remove and install my new PR3's but can not balance them.
I read on the net that you can use a piece of conduit and two bearings. Do anyone do this and what O.D. is the conduit?
Thanks
Bryan :D

+1 on that! I use this and it works great: http://marcparnes.com/ (http://marcparnes.com/)

I have had the bike to 130 with zero shake.

Go to a harbor freight and you can pick up a motorcycle tire balancer for $20. I have used it many times and it works great.
