Has anyone of you installed a PCFC and if so :feedback:
-
I wasn't sure what a PCFD was, so......
http://www.powercommander.com/powercommander/Products/PCFC/powercommander_pcfc.aspx (http://www.powercommander.com/powercommander/Products/PCFC/powercommander_pcfc.aspx)
and to answer the question.... no I haven't installed one. I have a PCV & Autotune installed.

Thanks for the link I forgot.
So aside from cost what are the advantages of the auto tune plus PCV over the Power Commander Fuel Control, considering the PCFC holds up to ten maps that can be changed on the fly(with proper positioning)?
-
where you going to get ten maps? this pcfc is new to me. it's reminds me of others such as two brothers juice box. the auto tune constantly reads a/f and makes on the fly adjustments. a bit simplistic but you get the idea. the pcfc has to be loaded with canned maps if i read it right. with the auto tune you can make a change to the intake/exhaust and it will compensate.

With the changes I have planned for my 14 I like the fact that the PCV and auto tune does it on the fly instead of having to pull over and manually adjust the PCFC.
Ok so I have this Dubeck TFI box on my 1250 Bandit it appears to be close in function to this PCFC box other than the map storage. There was a noticeable improvement in performance as I added mods and played with the adjustments.
With the auto tune & PCV I just do the mods and ride. I like the sound of that. I like the thought of ridding through mountain passes and the a/f settings are taken care automatically.

Haven't heard of anyone having altitude trouble with a c14 regardless of mods.
Wasn't there a past relationship between Dobeck and Two Brothers?

While traveling through 3 separate passes this summer the FI light on my bike started to flash on decent. This happened at least 5 separate times.
As for Dobeck And Two Brothers can't answer that.
I see they're tied in with Dale at Holeshot Performance.
