Title: Testing out the no chase law.

What would make me laugh is the look on his face when the police knocked on his door...

They can trace license plates, you know...

Which is what they do. This video was just for fun, just because they could. They have some crazy stuff they've done though. Cops have blockaded them, done the whole spike strip thing, all of that. Usually, they get away.
