Title: what tuner are you using with a V&H CS1?
Post by: copdocpvd on May 12, 2014, 02:44:03 PM
I'm getting a CS-1, haven't done anything to the ECU, no tuner yet.  What are you guys running?

I see that Vance and Hines has their own "Fuelpak," but when I went to their website, they don't list maps for c-14s beyond 2011.  It's likely that the '12-'14s are identical, but a company that can't even update its website every three years makes me a little nervous.

Does the PCV have maps for the CS-1?  Or should I really bite the bullet and get a Guhl's reflash?

Thanks in advance

Is that a slip on? If so I doubt you have to do anything. Maybe just plug the air tube to the pair valves. I have a Leo Vince slip on. With the baffle in, absolutely no change to how the bike runs. With baffle out, some decal popping but I expect it would mostly go away if I plugged the pair valves. I run it with the baffle in anyway.

I did the cs1 and guhl reflash,  but I was doing the reflash regardless.

Same here! Guhl did all the testing and setup for CS1

Good point. I forgot to mentions I also did a Guhl reflash but that was after I installed my Leo Vince slip on.
