Thanks a bunch Tony,
For what its worth, I actually got up off my fat azz, walked into my garage, and measured the exposed threaded end of my rear axle, and also my front axle.
Rear was a twitch over 5/8 and front was close to 13/16.  If that wasn't clear enough in my post before, maybe you need to get off the boat, and get your feet on dry land.
I was off on the bearing size, I was not off on what I measured..
When I said use a 5/8 threaded rod I was spot on. I already used one in my changer. It also allows for use on a C10
Thanks again....I guess I'll think twice before I answer anyones silly questions.
Thanks for the insults, and the thread lock.......maybe next time you could p/m me, and discuss what has your panties in a wad..in lieu of locking a thread after tossing insults.... not what I expect from a mod....

And your right I was a bit harsh to say the least; must have just been the way your post read that set me off...
