I have a new CB Windshield for sale (came with a 2011 Concours 14 I just purchased).  Too tall for me - according to CB it fits the 2008-09 C14 as well, but pls confirm with CB. USD160.00 includes shipping to the lower 48 - a savings of over USD50.
