+1 NICE! R model for the win!

I never associated it with a strom, thats interesting. Overpriced? Put brembo brakes, suepnsion, the same HP to the rear wheel, the electronics/technology, and knock a million pounds off that souped up liter-strom and you'll have a whole lot more spent than this bike will cost out of the box. I'm all about jap bikes, but looking at past few years they really need to step up their game on innovation, performance and the sales floor.

Chet, let's not forget about the new to market street bike...its brother. 180 HP to the rear wheel and featherweight ;D

Good point, but I do everything outside. I can brew all summer long any day of the week, but getting a decent day to brew in the winter is hard. I go to work it is dark, come home it is dark. If we get a decent weekend in the PNW I have to fit in all the chores that I didn't do during the week, AND/OR RIDE. I don't have anything on tap at the present time. :(

+1 The connie is good for carrying the beer home but not so much for carrying it to camp. ;) This looks like it would get the job done. :chugbeer:

So what your saying is you pack a gram at a time huh? :rotflmao:

Must have found a new "hidden compartment". :finger_fing11:

I stopped at a KTM dealer in south Denver (same dealer I bought my C14 at) and they do not have any 1190 Adventure bikes. Said they just sold 3 in January and it would be until April or May before they get any more. And they haven't seen an R yet. Bummer I was hoping to at least sit on one. There's a dealer in south CO Springs. I'll have to check them out tomorrow.

You can even take the helmet off, roll a fat one and put it behind the ear if you want. ;D
