I have a 13" tri-oval Delkevic I put on my 2010 last spring and took off with less than 1000 miles on it. There is a small rub on the top of the can that is hard to see unless the light is in the correct spot.
The head pipe has a slight yellow/gold tint to it, dissipating at the can, and the same color is slightly visible where the snorkel is welded to the can.
I only removed it because I was running a 2 state BunBurner 1500 for the Tour of Honor this year and I was stopped just outside a small town by a LEO who heard the exhaust at 1 am in the morning ;D. No performance awards were handed out, but he did admit he was looking for crotch rocket and not a 50 year old on a sport tourer ;D Since I am doing rallies, and will be in more situations like this, I thought it prudent to go back to the quiet exhaust :(, plus I just could not keep my wrist out of the dam throttle no matter how hard I tried. I hated to go back to the 20+ pound exhaust versus a 6 pounder.

The rub mark on top of the can, is it in the metal or just a rub mark from a sneaker or shoe.

The rub mark is not able to be felt by touch. It is superficial, and probably happened from being moved on the workbench or something else rubbing against it.
I was able to get most of it out using the same scratch remover I use on the painted surfaces, ScratchX from Meguiars. Now it is barely noticeable if you know where to look.

I heard the exhaust notes on You Tube. Reminded me of D&D. It has a removable silencer. Does that quiten it down ?

If this was their long tri-oval I'd be working the mojo with SWMBO to get approval... but I just can't deal with the shorty volume. They're awesome, just too much noise for day-to-day riding. Good luck with the sale... bump...
