So, who are ya and where ya at?
I'm Chet, Port Orchard, WA. I'm in the COG directory, but if your ever out this way and need assistance, shoot me a PM and I'll give you my number, heck, if your headed out this way and need a place to pitch a tent, drop me a line, we even have a small boat down at the lake. If your looking for a camping spot in Eastern WA., I have a great spot with lots of privacy, includes a motorhome, quad, 3 wheeler, and water. Open invite.

I live in Bremerton and my number is 9186. How weird is that?
-
Whats up Rick, didnt you do the Lee Parks in '09 and the A.S.S. last year?
-
No, I'm a newb. Last year I just joined to support the website, then I found out there were 2 websites, but you probably already know plenty about that story..... ::)
I was at the Seattle motorcycle show on the friday. Not much of a group rider, but going to try to make some this year and see how the old lady likes it.
-
Cool beans, most group rides aint for me either. You plan on attending the Sept 11 event for the twin Tower I beams? I havent heard anything new, but the PGR did a full blown escort when they came in. Awesome ride.
Where ya work at? Id just about bet it's PSNS or Bangor? I'm out at Ft Lewis.
-
It's like you can tell the future! Okay, what am I thinking right now? I work at Bangor for NRMD.
-
Say howdy to my wife when ya pass through the gate, she's the short blond with an attitude!
-
Pappy I think I know which one your wife is! Live in Silverdale. I know Uglydog well enough, we work 20 ft from eachother! Lets get together and ride when we get a good weekend.
Ran up to hurricane ridge a couple of weekends ago on the 14, good fun.
-
Will do, I'm teaching MSF BRC this weekend out at Cheney Stadium, 8-1200 and Sunday, 8-1300. If ya get bored swing on by.
We'll have to get together and do a ride, do Chinook/White or maybe Blewett. I'll be out at the Hoh the 10-12th of June doing a little dirt stuff.
-
Rob from, well, it should be obvious :D, chiming in. Any of youse guys going to the Bun Cooler next weekend?
-
What's the Bun cooler? :-[
-
Wish I could. If only we had 48 hours in a day :)

I was able to attend the Bun Cooler 2 years ago and had an absolute blast. Good Great food and get to hang out with the best of the best. Lolo pass is must if you have not been over it before. since the Bun Cooler is in May, you could have, well cool buns. :o
There is a reason the Bun Cooler is the longest running COG event.

Whats up Tim? How's the weather out your way? I really do need to remember to contact when I go through Brewster, I may be heading out that way in March, getting ready to build a 12,30 2 story shed and burn some brush on the Wannacut property. I swear everytime I drive through there I think about our conversation we had on the 911 Memorial escort.
Be well,
Chet

It's flippin cold, that is how the weather is. No snow though. I will ride in 35 degree weather but it's been colder than that. Ya better stop in next time or I might have to chase down every silver 14 just to check. 8)

I figured as much, how's the wind been? Being that close to the river I can only have images of crossing the Snake one chilly morning on the way to a Snake Brakes mule deer hunt in a small aluminum boat, there was no fun left in my bones after that crossing. The muley my brothers buddy shot helped make up for it though. I'll do my best to use at least one brain cell to give you a holler when I'm planning on being out that way.
Tell ya what, I'll trade ya dry and cold over this soaking we are getting right now, it is a rather balmy 49 out.
Be well, see ya soon,
Chet

Old thread I see but I'm from Woodinville, WA. I may have to get into the COG group this year for some rides but we will see lol ;D

I've met a few COGGers, but I haven't made any rides, life just seems to dominate my time, too many irons in the fire me thinks :D

I did sorta of the same thing went as a guest......found the water was fine. Not too bad group and ready for a good laugh. No burn off contest and seemed like everyone were gtown ups. Then I became a member and haven't been able to do a COG ride since. .
