Title: Does C14 fairing package from a 2010+ fit on the 2009 frame/bike?

I had an event (crash) :-[ with my 2009 C14. Most of the fairing and headlight needs to be replaced. Does anyone know if the fairing package from a 2010 or newer bike will fit the 2009 without modification to the frame/bike?

Short answer: no.

Longer answer: The brackets that the bodywork mounts to is in different locations (08/09 vs. 10+).
