Title: suspension

I am having a local guy tune in my suspension this weekend (2012).  he is telling me that the fork springs that Kawi put in are really over sprung and is planning on rebuilding them.  What is everyone elses take on this?  What about the rear end; has anyone changed it?  To what?

I had the Traxxion Dynamics cartridges installed in the forks and an Ohlins shock in the rear. Not cheap, but night and day compared to stock. Very nice ride and bumps at lean angle are noticed but do not upset the bike at all.
