Added flush mount lights to rear. Work while testing now they don't work. The fronts worked now just stay on like marker lights. I checked the fuse and it had blown. Went through two fuses and the third didn't blow and now flashers don't work. I ran a jumper to them from j-box, they work but won't flash.

J-box...assuming C10...off you go

I would be suspecting the wiring that you did, A$$uming everything was working correctly before. Or you could have disturbed the wiring enough for a previously chafed wire to now be in contact with a ground.
-
Blown bulbs in new lights?
A believe a bad rear bulb would cause the front bulb to be
constant-on, iow, no flashing.
If not, go back and check your wiring, twice.

Thanks to everyone that replied. I checked some older post on aftermarket marker/flasher and yes,.... The ground was reversed on the set. Corrected the issue only to find that I also had blown the flasher relay. Went to Auto zone got one for about 15 bucks and I'm good. Now I'm off to finish the 86 project bike. I'm semi naked but the heat off of the rad, is a killer. Thinking of going the GPZ route

Please help, I am experincing a similar problem.
My turn signals suddenly quit working.
I've checked fuses and soldered connections in J box.
Running lights are on and there is power to the switch.
I can hear a "click" from up front when turn signal
switch us pushed on.
Where is this relay located? Is it in J box or located up
front, under gas tank? Or would that be the flasher thingy?
Right now I'm just trying to track down suspect parts to check.

The relay is located on the brake side of bike. Take off the locking storage compartment and it right under there. It has a rubber holder or a zip tie.

Thank you very much.
Now that I know where it is I can check it and
verify if its working ok. I think it may have
gotten wet, if that's possible, and stopped working.
We'll see.
