Title: Aerostich Darien Jacket XXL, Darien Pants ***NO LONGER FOR SALE****
Post by: wroman on June 26, 2013, 09:54:32 PM
Awhile back when I rode a BMW KLT I felt compelled to to go with the standard 'uniform'.  Nothing against the Aerostich but I only rode with it a few times when I got it. I think once in  the last three years I had them out to go meet a friend riding in from Phoenix.  The Jacket is Gray and pants are black.  The material has not even lost that new stifness.  When I purchased it I added a whole can of Scotchgard .    These would have seen much more use while touring but they do not pack real small and the wife requires the kitchen sink. Jacket has shoulder and elbow pads, pants have knee pads.
There are not flaws, tears or damage of any kind, not even broken in yet.
I am looking to get $225.00 for the Jacket and  $185.00 for the pants.

Darn  The pants wont fit me- I have Darien AD1  40L  pants and they are plenty big.
I think the jacket would fit me. If you sell the pants and then will you sell me  the
jacket? I am 230lbs at  almost 6'3'  . How about you?

Same weight 4" shorter.  The pants fit taller than a standard 32" because of being curved at the knees.  They also have options to cinch up at the sides and draw them in at the waist. As far as selling the jacket after the pants I will keep you informed.

I decided to keep the Darien's.  After my accident I am rethinking safety apparel. The shoulder and elbow protection would have left me a little less beat up.
