Pneumatic rubber compound Michelin PR3 equal to, but much better performance for ascent into the fold, directionality, I've done a few miles but a good day starts in the morning.

Excellent.

I have LOVED my Pirelli Angel ST's. Cannot wait to shoe on a set of these new GT's.

I just ordered GTs. I ordered them from Motorcycle Superstore and didn't see an A option (for heavier bikes). Or am I confused and that's only PR3's that offer that?

No idea, but can tell ya that the Angels are specifically made for bikes like ours.  ;)

Angel GT has no specific A.

PIP, did you get the 50 or 55? And considering you've had them since May, how did they perform?

Sorry but that's not true. The GTs do have an 'A' spec, I'm running one now.

I do not think there is any need to clutter up this issue with a lot of pertinent facts. And if you are going to add politeness to your facts, you are going to lose readership Conrad.

They're freaking wonderful. I have them on my FZ1 also, both bikes ride on rails.   I got terrible mileage out of them but it's my fault for not running the recommended pressures.  Live and learn. Next tire will be the same and will be an A spec for sure.

I did notice that the 190-55-17 quickened the steering, which I really like.  I can't recommend the tires enough.
