Trading for a week anyway 8)
A close friend's late model Hayabusa, so clean all the turbo hardware is under the OEM plastics.
He wants to take the wife to N Georgia, I want to ride his bike at a "brisk pace" through the rural long straight orange grove roads.
Its great owning a C14 (http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j180/stevewfl/avatars/lol8.gif) (http://s80.photobucket.com/user/stevewfl/media/avatars/lol8.gif.html)

Aren't you two worried about insurance or whatnot? (Life is so complicated)
-
Yeah right!! Like Steve would ride a non-KIPASS bike and actually post it!
-
Be careful ;)
-
Picked it up tonight, I'll have it till Monday when we swap back.
The bike is AMAZING , I'm not a big Suzuki fan but I wish I could describe with words how good this bike "feels" :D

My wife just bought a car with a turbo 2.0L I4. Same HP, 240. The car does pretty well but 6X the weight of that busa. Can't imagine what that feels like. ZOOM!!

Steve, just remember to pull the key :o

True indeed!! I often forget that part when I ride my Gixxer now... :-[

I swapped with my coworkers 2008 Busa for approx 15 highway miles
I cranked on the gas at 80 mph and the bike just launched. A lot of power even at that speed. Tough riding position to get used to, but I'm sure I can get used to it. He was impressed my C14 and said "we should swap sometime". I just said " yeah, we could do that".
I would like to but I don't know if the wife would let me.
Of course sometimes it's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.

Imagine this TURBO 'busa, this thing is amazing me. I owned a ZX14 and used to the bikes making big power, but this thing is beyond words :D

Then you would probably be even more impressed with the Concours' alter ego, the ZX14.

I know I could never, I don't know how people do it

Get the flash done first :)

Ah, turbo is cheating... add it to the Concours (along with a new exhaust) and you would be blown away too ;) I added a supercharger to my CRX Si and was amazed at what that 1.6 did with just some moderate boost (I certainly did go through a lot of front tires).
Hard to believe he could get one in there and stay behind all the plastics, that is the impressive part.

:goodpost: Come on....we want pics!!!!

I been too busy riding it in free time to set up my studio lights in the garage and get decent pics, but
they'll be here I'll shoot decent turbo pics soon. The turbo is all tucked in under the OEM plastics, definitely one of a kind bike!

Not as one of a kind as you might think. There are plenty who turbo and still like the twisties or don't want to show their hand.

^^^^ yes sir nice, ok two more.
"none around these parts" would've been more accurate on my part rather than a broad open statement :D
I'm going to ride this beast again tonight, its amazing!
