Ran the Connie through it's paces today, in Southern, Indiana, on the way home from Salem airport, on Hwy 160 to Henryville. Great road.

Nice video. Can't wait to get out there and ride.
What kind of camera and mount are you using. I'm in the market and have no idea what I'm in the market for.

I experimented with some different stuff, and finally took a piece of 1 inch by1/8 inch aluminum bar stock, and made a piece to bolt to the (whoops) RIGHT (sorry) side of the dash. The two screws that hold the dash, just below the windshield. I bought some longer stainless screws at the local hardware store, and cut the aluminum to fit, with My jigsaw, and painted it black My pix didn't show the detail really well, but I think You can get the gist of it. I put a ram ball on it that was formerly on My satellite radio, and used a 3 inch ram arm. The Contour Roam camera has 1/4 20 threads for a tripod mount, so I bought a 1 inch ram ball with a tripod extension. Here is a pic or two.

Thanks. That gives me some ideas for mounts.
Does the mic pick up sounds or just wind noise mounted where you have it?

Depends on Your speed. Below 25mph it gets the engine sound pretty good. It's pretty easy to make a wind sock for the mic on these. Just use some good tape, and put a hunk of foam over the mic in the camera. It works pretty good, I just didn't get to that yet. I'll probably just turn the music up! LOL

Nice Video. Love southern Indiana. Great roads with lots of twisties and elevation changes. My wife and I get down there at least once a year. Post some more when you get the chance.

Did you have so much fun you ran the same loop twice on us?
The video at 0:36 looks a lot like the video at 1:20. Methinks you cut and pasted the clips together just to impress us more with the southern Indiana countryside.

Nah. It was just a screw up. I'm still new at the camera thing.
