I have a 7" Magellan 9020T-LM the unit comes on and and will locate to your position, BUT.....I cannot access the touch screen...it will not let me touchscreen anything....
Unit is about 1.5 years old and just stopped working....all of a sudden.
Searching the WWW I can find no fixes or process to reset....
I'm gonna try to unplug the internal battery and leave off for a while and see if it will reset
Anyone help???

Every once in a while my Zumo 550 freezes up and that's how I get it to work again!

Had that problem with my Magellan Crossover one and complete reset fixed it. However it eventually just stopped working all together.

GPS are pretty much throw away devices now, if you get more than 2 years out of one you are doing great.

1.5 years on this one...I really liked it because it was a 7" screen...easier for me to see since I can't hear the "voice" in the directions.....
Well heck,,,,,,,,I bought a new one tonight but only a 5 inch screen and it's a Tom-Tom....we shall see how it works and if I don't like it...back it goes! to Wallyworld

Garmin and Tom-Tom are the only 2 "excellent" GPS manufacturers IMHO.
