Looking at the pictures, it appears awful cheesey for seventeen bucks.  It's not even one full step above a plastic cup holder held on the bar with duct tape.  In fact, if wrapped the bar with plastic first then duct taped it, you would probably have about as good of a cup holder.

Junk. You can buy "coozies" like that for a buck or much much much less.

Spend two bits on duct tape and you too can be a motorsickle accessory manufacturer! Put a HD logo on it and charge $25.

Amen.  I go for functionality, but I don't think I want that hanging on my bike.

I also use the Ram mount cup holder, which has only one sweet spot I could find with minimal
interference. However even there it bounces into the windshield a little going over RR tracks and bumps.

I'm thinking of moving it to the left side passenger peg.

There are some nice cup holders out there, the ones for the Gold Wing will fit the Concours, I used the bracket from my Wing for the GPS and it mounted right up to the reservoir bolts on the concours.

This one is nice because when your not using it there is not a big bulky holder sticking out

Have you got a hose running down you pant leg for an overflow tube?

I would have to agree with that comment.  But I have a 350 mile run just to get out of FL and it's hot here.  32oz of ice water gets me a long way up the road.

That pic makes the cup look about twice the size it really is.  I ttook me many years before I broke down and put one on my Wing.  Now I really like it even thoughI hate looking at it.

By the way the only time I ever thought about "wish i had a cupholder" was during an off-road ADV bike excursion in the desert.  My ADV bike was in Fl so I put the C14 to the test.  It passed.

What, you want me to feel sorry for you?  I live in Houston.  We are on day 12 of 100 plus in a row (over 20 for the year).  Don't get me wrong - I've been to Florida many times and it feels just as bad.

+1 Heat is no excuse to leave a bike parked.  Mine has been on the desert this summer, all over TX, and all over FL. Hottest place was KEY WEST!

I should've been in this boat instead of sitting on my bike taking pics.

The Butler is the preferred holder on the Wings.  If I was going to use one it would probably be a Butler.  I prefer to use a 18oz  Thermos from Walgreens and place it in the tank bag.   It is OUTSTANDING, here is a link:

That's also what I use.  We(my wife and I) think it works pretty slick.  Always upright and that's a good thing.  ;)

A cup holder on a sport-tourer is not my cup of tea, but if you gotta have one, this one looks good and is designed for the C14:

I throw my Camel Back in my tank bag and call it good. Load it with what ever you like and suck away, it's easy to use even with a tight fitting full-face helmet. When I don't have tank bag I throw it on my back.

O.K. I'll just start out by saying I was in a hurry. I did purchase the flinsy cup holder that started this thread. Yes it's ugly, yes it's flimsy, yes it's cheesy, but it is functional and easy to just pull the velcro off and throw in a side bag when you don't need it. It was easy to use on a 3000 mile trip in July, and had no real issues with it other than esthetics. I do like the other suggestions brought up here but do not need it all the time. Hope this helped.

Nope.  Does not both me in the least.  They are not in the way or affect handling and control in any way.  My bike runs straight and true at any speed with no hands if I want to.  I would have preferred built in options but these do a great job at a reasonable cost.

Nope, not at all.. the only thing the J&N blocks is the flash-to-pass button... the Zumo isn't on the bars, it's in the center of them...
