Title: Painted 2011 Windshield
Post by: tyler1015 on August 03, 2012, 12:27:35 PM
I have a 2011 stock windshield that I had painted black by an auto painter here locally in orlando. I paid 65 just for him to paint it. So its nt a home spray job. 85 bucks shipped as gift. I will post pics tonight.

Yes, of course.
Just a friendly suggestion to tyler1015 who has been trying to sell his Painted Windshield for five days now without a bite. ;)

I had another member mention to me the fact this would be a great project shield for someone if they wanted to cut it down also. Thanks

Not really. Now that it's painted you would not be able to cut it down without effing up the paint.

But you know what? for $75 shipped I'll give it a try on my bike. PM me a paypal account and I'll send you the money.

Not true, if you do it right. I cut mine down after it was painted and the cut looks perfect. I had to do a lil filing and clean up with some wet/dry sand paper but it looks great.
