Got my ST Helis installed and I've put my heat shielding on the seat. Time to start drinking.......responsibly of course. I'm not going anywhere. I will be cooking on the grill, though. That could be dangerous, but I'll risk it.

Happy 4th Robin, I am about to start the very same thing.

I make a yummy Summer drink I like to call "B juice".......whipcream vodka, sprite, orange juice and and top it off with cran-rasberry. YUMMY!

Too hot. I'll try it out this weekend. Of course, it would be a good test on the shielding, though. I wear enough tin foil in my helmet and now I've got it protecting my butt as well. The aliens don't have a chance. I need another beer, I think.

If it was to hot yesterday, you won't be going out Saturday either. On the 11PM news last night I saw that it will be 103 in our area Saturday.

I had a great 4th, I hope that y'all did too!

It was HOT HOT HOT (97 with a heat index of 112) but between the cold beer and the pool, I kept my cool.

I smoked some ribs for around 6 hours.

Here they are, just about done. Mmmmmmm
