Original battery took a dump at COTA yesterday!

Got a bit over 7 years out of it.

Luckily it was an enthusiast rich environment, so with a bit of help, the bike bump started easily.

I suspect the WalMart replacement won't last as long. It only has a three month warranty.

I did buy a small charger and top it off before putting it in service.

Lucky you had enough juice to power the electrics so you could bump start it.

same here: 7 years and 60 500 miles out of the original battery. But it didn't take a dump, it was just slightly weaker, so I replaced it. With an OEM battery, of course  8)
