Hard to believe that thing will go fast enough to keep an air-cooled engine happy. I may be getting on in years, but I've graduated from the Concours geezer bike to a sporty SV650S.
I'm geezer (C10) and non-geezer (flashed C14 with sports suspension). As for the air cooled Z1000 lump, it is designed to idle and cool itself indefinitely when not moving. Convection provides adequate cooling but it's gonna get ****ing HOT and I foresee see many many burnt shins/boots using that. Those tyres are just going to turn to smoke if you unleash anywhere near the full power of that 90bhp motor, let alone if you push the NOS button. I'd love to have a go on it though! <LOL>

Loved mine, I was just too long legged for it for long rides.
For the SV650S, there are gozmos called riser plates. I had them on my Gen1 and the previous owner installed them on my current Gen2. Although called risers, they can be installed to lower the pegs about an inch. So my 6'3" legs fit nicely into the tank the way normal people do. Heaven.
