Better that they get it from Lottery winnings, gambling, booze, cigs, etc., than take more out of my pay check. Mostly the folks living off the taxpayer buying lotto tickets anyway.

I won the lottery back in 1980, my wife had met me once before, she knew my first name, but not my last, she saw an article in the paper from a logging rodeo where I had managed to place in a few events, got my name, found me in the phonebook, and the rest is history I married her shortly after she turned 16. I think the average marriage expectancy was under 6 months. Boy, were they wrong
