Made in the USA.  Has padding in the shoulders and elbows.  All zippers, velcro and tabs are in good working order. All reflective panels are in good shape. AWESOME JACKET, those who are thinking should JUMP all over this.  I've the same one with the pants that match, except mine is grey and black.  Best quality gear I've ever owned!!!!
