I don't know.  I would consider absence of KiPass and crappy TPS system a plus.

For any of the few negatives one could possibly find with the Concours, one could probably find SEVERAL for the FJR.  No bike is *perfect*, but the Concours comes much, much closer than the FJR.
Shoodaben (was Guhl) Mountain Runner ECU flash, Canyon Cages front/rear, Helibars risers, Phil's wedges, Grip Puppies, Sargent World seat-low & heated & pod, Muzzy lowering links, Soupy's stand, Nautilus air horn, Admore lightbar, Ronnie's highway pegs, front running lights, all LED, helmet locks, RAM Xgrip, Sena SMH10, Throttle Tamer, MRA X-Creen, BearingUp Shifter, PR4-GT, Scorpion EXO-T1200,etc

Each to his own, but I love the mad pow-ah of   KiPass

I hear there are some folks who will never understand it, but I find that phenomenon quite unrealistic.

I too love the KiPass.  All my 4-wheelers have pushbutton starts and convenience entry.  Don't see why it is such a big deal on a motorcycle.

C14 is my 6th bike in 10 months.  It isn't perfect, but that's why the other bikes in a garage are there. ;D  Then again, why would I want a perfect bike?  That just takes all the fun out of farkling.

And you own a C14 because...

nobody else offered this much of a sport touring bike for under $ 10k. Great value for the money, no doubt.  Kawasaki went overboard with KiPass but so far I have not had any problems with it. However, I do have bad batteries in both TPS sensors already.
