I have a heel-toe shifter on my yamaha and I have been spoiled by it. This one on my connie is difficult to get my toe under if I am wearing my boots.
Anyone ever modified the shifter pedal to heave a heel pad?
I just ordered a shifter from ebay and I am going to give it a try.

no problem with a welder. same token.. you can lengthen the stock one as well (ive done that before). I have a heel-toe on 2 small bikes i own, use the one on the trail125 quite a bit. Not so much on the 67 kawi.
