Hi guys,
I'm planning (or thinking) a trip to Nova Scotia in the beginning of June with my wife from the Philly area. Planning on taking the ferry from Portland.
Can anyone give any tips where to go what to see, what to expect, etc...?
Thank you
Tony

Maybe Rembrant will see this. I believe that's his neighborhood.

Yep, Rem is the guy to ask. He may or may not see this thread- try changing the name to "best fuel injector nozzle type for riding in Nova Scotia" and that might get his attention :-)

Fond memories of Nova Scotia by motorbike. Lots of lobster in June, worth riding around Cape Breton Island.
It can be a bit cool near the ocean, even in the 'summer'.

Brian... that's funny... thanks for the laugh :)
Now... anyone else with tips on riding with stock full injectors?
Thanks

What about the other wives? They don't ride?

I grew up in and lived in Nova Scotia for most of my life.
I go there every year. The Wharf Rat Rally at the end of August is well worth seeing.
Peggy Cove, The Citadel and all 4 shore rides are a must. Take a ride down the South Shore and cross the Lahave River on the barge ferry.
The food, bars and night life in down town Halifax are great being Halifax is a big college / university city.
Check out the bagpipes and the Bluenose Schooner and at night all the bikers hang out at the ferry terminal and Tim Hortons.
There is another big biker hangout at the Tim Hortons in Waverly.
Anything else do you want to know just ask.
Read up on the Halifax Explosion and The French Expulsion then go see the Fortress of Louisburg and Grand Pre and the highest tides in the world.
Also when you do the Cabot Trail stop and walk down the path to Squeaker Hole.

Mike,
That's awesome information...
I'll do more research about it and come back to you if I have any questions.
Thank you
