Up for sale is a beautiful, fresh out of the Powdercoat oven, Kawasaki Luggage Rack W/Back Rest. It's in perfect condition!! Better than new because it's gloss black that match the passenger hand holds. It will arrive at your door totally complete with S/S hardware...........no more rusting.
Now to save the arguments, S/S does not have to load capabilities of Steel hardware (It also doesn't rust) but if you want to load this puppy up, go to your local hardware store and swap out the S/S nuts and bolts for the black steel. I ran it last year with a JCW "Med" Top Case that was always loaded without an issue.
There are "Extra" holes drilled into the top rack piece that allow for a variety of "Top Case" mounting plates to be used. There are also "Two" extra holes in the Lt/Rt side support brackets for an additional "U" shaped support brace (That IS NOT included) that you would attach to the factory rack (under the Tail Cowl) and secure to these braces.........Dan Burgman did this and had pictures of it on the board before the big crash. I would bet that if you contacted "Snarf" he just might make this brace for you.....................for a small fee of course
