Title: Dremel mini bike

Anyone know what this is? I saw it in Briancon France. Looks like a cool little mini bike with clip-on bars. When I search for "dremel mini bike" or "dremel motorcycle" all I get are hits for using a Dremel tool to work on your bike.

Maybe he just put a Dremel sticker on it (?)
