Hyperlite brake lights. Comes with the tag mounting bracket too. These work wonders for extra security when stopping. 16 leds. Over $100 new with bracket and shipping. sold

Which setup is this? Brake and running lights? just brake? modulated? flashing? modulated flashing? California flashing?

Does it include all the wiring, controller and connectors?

It is the flashing brake light. Wiring and connectors are included.
