My baby got new shoes. Another set of PR4GT's. This was my first chance to use my HF tire changer machine. It is well spent money and nowhere near the difficulty that I anticipated.
It would be great to live next door to  you.  Really...  tp

Tom, some think its a curse  :o

I did the rear tire first, and I used the stupid contraption on this tire machine that holds the upper part of the center (axle) rod. It was more of a hinderance than a help. When I did the front tire, I did it just as how the machine looks here. Easy peasy! I have now saved my first $60 dollars in tire expense. However, I have about $250 into getting my own equipment.

This is the Pit Posse balancer that I bought from amazon for $50. Very nice sturdy balancer.

They must not be motorcycle owners/fans.  I'd rather pay you than Cycle Gear for tire swaps.  Besides, you are one good looking lady.  Who wouldn't want to live next to a good looking, motorcycle riding, IBA member, mechanic lady... tp ;D ;D

I noticed that too :)

Love the garage floor, also... it looks like that neat soft/seamless/waterproof rubbery stuff.

Oh come on guys, I'm nothing special, it's just me.  Same with the garage floor, just rust oleum floor paint w/speckles. However, that fine Miller product that somehow made the pic, that is special!   ;D Actually, that must be an empty, cause if it was full, it would be in a coozie.

Today was another busy day in the garage. The final project was hyperlights installed on my license plate.
The major project I'll reveal tomorrow, maybe  8)

After Nicole's post, I'm embarrassed to say that all I did was ride to work and back.  Maybe again tomorrow, but it's suppose to rain.  Bet her major project is dropping in a ZX14R engine and chain drive set up, or something really cool like that... tp

Meh, just add dual exhaust and ZX throttle bodies and you end up with something nearly the same.

THAT would not be cool.  Many of us paid *MORE* to get a Concours because we wanted shaft drive (among other things).  Chain would gain several hp, but what a downgrade!!

Doing something cool would be adding forced induction :)

I was thinking "complicated project", and that would be complicated.  An H2R supercharger would be cool too.  Guess we will see soon, maybe...tp

True- either one would certainly be complicated!

Nicole: is that a V-Max in the back?

back to the topic of this thread, I just received my nice left mirror to replace the one I left in Albania in October against a small van.
