 we are waiting...

Sorry 'bout the delay, I was out of town camping in Big Bend N.P. so there was limited internet availability for me...

But yes, those are Honda ST1300 covers over top block sliders. The Gen II Top Blocks are not as nice looking as the Gen I Top Blocks
so I decided to cover them.

 :rotflmao:

TV, despite some great shows, still comes up with some really stupid stuff....such as the first episode of Scorpions this year. (I haven't watched it since, but I doubt it has got any better.).

OK, thread should now return to Stock Windshield experimentation. (well maybe)  :-\   ;)

Sorry about the derailment...back to the topic at hand...I'm running an Aeroflow large shield which is a GREAT all around shield and is good for warm weather due to the huge amount of air that flows to the torso with the shield at any height. Unfortunately all that air flow is cold in the winter. I have a couple of the larger stock shields, and I want to do something along the same lines as the OP to relieve the back pressure, while blocking the cold. I may try four 1-1.5" holes. two in the middle of the shield, and one on each outside edge.

And seems no body reads the manual either! LOL   How do I set the clock....you kidding me! HA HA

I am still not pleased with the stock screen....thinking about cutting it down an inch or so at a time and leaving it domed.....will wait till spring or summer and in the meantime I know I like the CB Ultra Tour Domed....so will get one.....
Please who ever plays with their shield let us know how you make out. If I go shorter I want clean air, not what I get with the stock now.
