I got to ride this bit of marvel 3 weeks before the race.  Long watch, but well worth it.

WHAT!!!!!!!  I live in WA!!!!  Made love to the mountain on the way up, and love to the road on the way down.  They were shooting promo vids and had the road blocked for a bit at the top.  They waved me forward so I didn't have to deal with the Looky Lous on the way down.  Prepped for the million dollar highway 2 days later, which is where my avatar pic was taken ;D  Nothing like railing a fully loaded ADV Bike on the twisty paved stuff 8)

Don't get me wrong...been on lots of GREAT roads in CO...PP just seems like it's always right there...but, I'll "git 'er done" next summer...I'll prove it with pics...in 2014...I promise!
