Blind dog playing in a mud puddle.

If the shear joy that this dog is experiencing doesn't make you smile, seriously, there's something wrong with you.

That is cute.

My first cat went blind at age 17.  I was absolutely amazed at how well she functioned (despite also being old and sick).  Some people couldn't really even tell she was blind.  She lived two additional years before succumbing to other (but presumably related) health conditions.
