That dash looks really cool.  I'd have to re-think my SIRIUSXM radio.

I picked up one of those tank ring mounts and mounted two Garmins with RAM hardware (one for APRS geolocation, one for navigation).  I went with a non-adjustable mount (actually for a ZX-14) because it's slimmer and leaves plenty of room for my large Nelson-Riggs tank bag.

I had previously mounted an adhesive suction-cup base for the Garmin ball mount on the dash, and I used that for a while (I used a piece of fishing line as a tether in case it came off).  It did vibrate a little, but worked fine.

I do prefer the GPS up higher in my field of view, but the tank mount is easier to use while riding, and is rock solid.  (In this photo, I'm leaning back--but when in the riding position, the GPS does not block the cluster)
