How many is that now? Three?

Yes. SS1000, CC50, BBG. Now Im done with the IBA rides. Or at least until I have enough time off to ride the 4 corners. But then again, there is the CCC100.

Today was tire replacement. I put on a set that I had before my West coast trip, which had 5k miles on them. New OEM front brake pads and a new 4.5 quarts of T6 and filter change. I think tomorrow I am going to head up to the NE and see about getting a few more pictures for the Flags Across America ride. Being tied for 3rd place isn't sitting so well with me.

First place is out of reach for me. But I should be able to secure second place and qualify for their gold certificate.
Actually I just want to go for a ride so I can finish coloring in my map.

How many miles are you expecting? Looks like a haul up to Maine.

Isn't second place the first loser?  :)

To be done in an hour's time.....so, technically, it is still "today".... ;D

Taking my lady for new dancing shoes this afternoon. Pirellis are a lot cheaper that the PR4's here, so by based on what I've read here, I'll take the plunge and try them. This is purely budget based of cause....

It is what it is....If not, it must be something else.

Got my new rear Angel GT installed yesterday and went for a lil ride. I forgot how great the bike feels with a new shoe.   :)

Yeah- ANY brand of new tire feels so much better than a really worn out one.

If you weren't such a special and wonderful lady, as well as the only female I know of who can take apart and re-assemble her own motorcycle, I would be mad at you for making that statement.  Well, at least a bit jealous, for sure.  You make it to around DC or NYC?  Be safe and post pics of your stops.  tomp  ;D

Thanks for your kind words, and good guess Tom.  I'm in DC now. I should have earned the idiot award for getting into this metro area at rush hour on a Friday.

I put 940 miles on my baby today

Congrats- On my best day 30 years ago, maybe 1000, but I haven't met any ladies that could come close to 940 in one day. My wife could do 500 on her KZ650 back in the day, and that was all she wrote. How does that new Laam saddle work?
