I do not anthropomorphize.

I have no emotional attachment to my motorcycles.

I am always ready to entertain an offer on them, and don't concern myself with their safety when parking for the night on a trip.

My C-14 is named "Black Bear" for obvious reasons, and my '98 Ford Ranger with 385,000 miles has earned the moniker of "Trusty".

Sorry. I went to the open forum section, did a search, and didn't find anything. Mea culpa

If everyone used the search function, we'd have nuttin to say ;)

After running this gig for a bit I've come to the conclusion that threads reoccur on a regular schedule.... about every 356 days. Most of us deal with it, the mods/admins anyway ;)

Yes, named my bike. Sam, short for Samantha. A cat I got when she was a kitten. Always at the ready for anything outside. She passed away about 15 years ago, at the ripe age of 15. Sam (the bike) is now 21.

I have no emotional attachment to my motorcycles.

I don't see how this could be true, but I guess you would know better than I would.

In other news, my RED C14 is named Razzi.
My Red C10 was named Ruby.
My mustang was named Lola.
My Ford escape is named Savannah
My Mini is named Lucy.

I didn't name any of them, the wifie did, but I love all of their names.

I am always looking at the next bike.  For me it is about the ride, not the bike.

Not me.  It's the ride and the bike..  Couldn't enjoy it on a slower bike or a faster bike....has to be just right.  The C14 fits the bill perfectly.

The connie would not be fun on the lane and a half farm roads I explore on the Versys.

I love the looks of the '12 Griso 8V in that matt green and brown saddle.   8)

I was searching Craigslist for Café bikes and came across the V7 Café Classic.  When I found out it only came to the states one year and only had 750 miles on it, I had to have it.  The fact that it is a beautiful bike is just icing on the cake.

If that Griso is unloved send it here. It will be happy with two older sisters.

Well, maybe two brothers. The SPII is Il Duce' II and the Cal III is Il Duce' III.
