I'm with Chet on this. Loser Pays tort reform would stop this crap.

On the surface it sounds crazy, but I don't know the whole story so I am not going to pass judgement. That is what the court system is for. Too many times the public jumps to a conclusion without knowing any of the facts, and the press prints a story without knowing all the facts.
