Stem nut size?

I am trying to get a ram mount for the new phone, and was wondering if any knew the size of the stem nut in mm?  Thanks.

If you mean the hex hole in the plug under the black plastic plug, it's 12 mm.

I have one of those RAM stem mounts that I had on my ZX6, but couldn't get it to work on the C14. 12mm is just a little too small to get it into, so I modified the plastic nut on the end of it to fit in there. It seems to only be 12mm hex for a short distance and then widens out a large round hole. I got it in there, but it didn't seem very secure. Well heck!  I am thinking I am going to try one of the ones that mount to the clamp that holds the brake assembly on.  Just sewed the metal thread into my glove fingertips and that seems to be working well for my phone. I bet I could have gotten it at the craft store rather than ebay however...
