nice lettering
« on: June 28, 2011, 10:21:55 AM »
some of us enjoy the lettering on the bike (the Kawa logo, the 1400GTR thing and so on) but some go the dental floss way and live the bike clean.
I alway thought that I would like to personalise my bike, but it had to be a neat way, not just some "arghhh, look at meee!!!" sticker.
Anyway, reading a car magazine fron the UK I found these guys: http://www.promochrome.com/. No affiliation whatsoever, but I think it might just be the ticket for those who want some lettering. I still didn't make my mind up myself as to what I'd like written.
Ideas?

Just remember, when you sell it if you have  your name on it and you take the letter off there will be an out line of the letters you put on. Make it something that the next owner might not have to remove. A lot of Gold Wing riders put their names on the back of the trunk, them 5 or 6 years later when they sell it the outline of their names are still there.

You would have to provide some logical, sensible advice and spoil the party. Whatzamatterwityou?
