Yes.  All the seats are interchangeable (unless I missed something along the way).  I think they are also interchangeable with the cousin bike, the ZX-14, too.

No.  The 2008/9 seat is two tone and supposedly a bit harder.  The 2010/11 is monotone (all black) and supposedly a bit softer.
