Looks great!
Any chance for additional pics? I would like to see how you fabricated the saddlebag mounts.
Did you go with the GPZ900 radiator to fit into the fairing?
The radiator is a Chinese GPz900 unit from AliExpress, it is so efficient the cooling fan doesn't turn on in city driving only when I stop. The fan sensors are different between the GPz and ZG, the latter is a two prong. I gave up trying to make it work and installed an adjustable sensor switch taping the capillary prong thingie on top of the radiator with high quality aluminum tape. Radiator was a pain to install though because it is a bit fatter, and the ZG coolant pipes aren't exact to the GPz it took shimming and cutting hoses and 10 cups of coffee. The oil cooler is original you can't see it because it is painted semi-gloss black. That fit with trimming the lower tab, drilling through the welded nuts, hardware store bolts & washers, and reversing the mounting location.
TBH while doable these mods took up a great deal of time.
These are the saddlebage, while half as large as ZG bags losing the entire OE saddlebag framework was a HUGE weight savings. The new angle iron mounts were cut down and trimmed to fit on pre-existing threaded holes, brake rotor bolts with washers to adjust made it work. Since the new bags are universal you have drill them and on one side I had to drill over again and fiberglass the mistake holes (uneven) because there was no one around to hold them up while marking the locations.
Hope this helps
