Had an 06, loved it for solo sport touring bike, just too small for 2up IMO, hence the ZG upgrade.  :chugbeer:

Seems this is the VFR that should of come out in 2010, instead of the 1200. This VFR seems more of a progression of the 2002-09 VFR. The styling is growing on me, but since the engine is based on the V4 from the 2002-09 VFR, I already like it more than the 1200

We do not know at this time if the new VFRR800F is headed for the U.S. market for 2014.  Stay tuned.

I used to have a V65 Sabre. Sold it and bought an ELR.
I just love the sound when flogging an inline 4. The  sound of V's dont do it for me.
I did like  the silky smoothness  redlining the inline 6 on the 1600GTL in Idaho but it could not keep up with the C14's.

Exactly !.........I had 3 VFRs from 1996 until the 1200 was launched, and then I turned the clock back and went back to Kawasakis from my youth.

My fav VFR would prob have to be the 1998-01 w/out the v-tech. I just don't think the complexity of v-tech belongs on a mototcycle. I like the VVT on the C14 where it engages seamlessly, & not on & off like v-tech. I had my 2003 VFR 7yrs & really liked that bike. I sometimes regret selling it :(

Love your sons shirt  ;D
