Thanks for the interest in a group purchase! I would be glad to extend a cost savings of 5% off on a group purchase of 5 to 9 sets of bags, 10% off on a group purchase of 10 to 14 sets of bags and 15% off on a group purchase of 15 sets of bags or more.
I do not know how this forum handles group purchase arrangements but on my end it is as simple as finding out how many members plan to purchase, picking a day for the purchase and emailing a discount code that applies the appropriate discount to the purchasing members. I do not have any inside pics. There are 2 pockets on each interior side. They are identical to the 2 outside pockets in the picture (total of 4 inside pockets and 2 outside pockets per bag). Other than that the 600 denier polyester material has a 3 mil PVC coating that faces the interior of the bag. On the next production run I will have a interior side pic taken before assembly.

The promotion code that will apply the discount at checkout on our website will be valid for 24 hours. If it would help I could extend to 48 hours. After the special price promotion for a volume buy expires I would be open to applying the same volume pricing structure whenever the forum does another group buy. I will try to explain why I can’t offer the volume price for single orders down the road.
My ability to compete in the very mature motorcycle accessory market as a fairly new domestic manufacture demands that I deliver a high quality product at a value price. The product is already at a slim margin at regular price. I cannot compete with companies that leverage volume purchasing from China any other way. I can however pass on the cost savings of producing a group of orders for the same product at my small manufacturing facility at one time. After the group purchase is produced I cannot commit to a volume order price point for single item orders and still remain profitable.
I understand the notion that if the group has already purchased a notable quantity of the same item that the expectation would be that the price point for subsequent orders should remain the same. I certainly could do this if I had a warehouse full of inventory that was bought at a volume price point from China or if I made extra units on a large production run and carried the inventory. Due to cash flow and space I simply cannot afford to carry large inventories. All of our products are made to order or are produced in limited numbers on a very short demand forecast.
I hope that gives you some insight as to the environment my company competes in. Believe me I want to be the brand of choice for your forum members and am willing to do anything I can to earn the business.

Measurements are doable but having the item would probably be better if someone with one is closer to you...Givi makes a square bag to go in there but it looks a bit flimsy to me.

I'm here to help! The process includes designing a bag to fit the Givi E55 Topcase, making a prototype for review and then production. With my current demand schedule I could most likely have a production ready product in 4 to 6 weeks. Of course I would be looking to the forum members for what they wanted this bag to be in terms of form and function.

I think you do! And so does everyone else.
I use an antique set of official Kawasaki bag liners on my C-10. I check into a motel (hey, on occasion), open the saddle bags, sling the bag liners over my shoulder, grab the junk strapped to the seat in my spare hand, check in.
No need to unlock/unlatch the bags from my bike, lug them into the elevator, tip the doorman, make a second trip, etc. Fall off a log easy packing at home, and my tighty whities seem to stay cleaner too.

I'm bummed. No shoulder straps on the bags like all of the other versions is a deal killer to me. Maybe that's why this is cheaper. Cee Bailey from Murph is not much more and has straps. Just so you know, and are not surprised.

Shoulder strap? Wouldn't want it, my camera bag strap is always getting caught outside bag.

Actually the mix up is with our web provider, Go Daddy, all system times are on West Coast time zones. We didn't know this until we ran this promotion. It has never posed a problem with other promotions but then again we have not done any group buys on any forums before. And to quote the mega 70s band Chicago "does anyone really know what time it is...."
Being a veteran, the next promotion will run on Zulu time. :D

Hey Guys the bags are in production and are due to ship on time this Friday. Although I have been accused by my crew of running a sweat shop! I don't see why, I let them wear shoes when it's cold and they have plenty enough hay to sleep on next to their sewing machines. ;D

Just to let you all know, ALL the orders will ship today, April 13, as stated in the original group purchase proposal before anyone placed their order. Typically we ship stock items in 24 hours and made to order items in 48 hours, however this was a large order for us and we had to work it in with our regular order demand. This is why it took 2 weeks. I appreciate your patience with us. There was a morning shipment and the rest of the orders will go out this afternoon. I want to thank all of you for your business!

I got mine today and I am VERY happy with them. They fit perfectly and are well made. I only ordered 1 set of the cubes but I am thinking that I will use the 5% offer to order another set so I have them for both bags.
