I used to be a flat track fan.  Gary Nixon, Eddie Mulder etc.  Last race a couple years ago in Rapid City SD it was sunny when we went in.  One heat race was all we got before it started raining.  Rained out!  No rain date!  No refund!  We had several hundered $ invested to see that race.  I'll never attend another.  The riders were pissed also, they wanted to race.  I didn't renew my AMA membership after that.

IOMTT.

If it's not ran on ROADS, roadracing is at best a misnomer, and at worst false advertising.   ;)

I think the entire Irish series is like that--I wish it was televised over here.

One of my favorite movies is "The Road Racers."  It was a bonus to V-Four Victory and I ended up liking it better than VFV.  Shows Yer Maun as a young longhair.  Highly recommend.

I love watching BSB racing and here's an example of why:
Oh yeah! And this years BSB SuperSport races have been awesome too.
Only 2 riders in it really, but Ben Wilson (ZX6R) and Alasdair Seeley (GSXR600) were at it hammer and tongs all season long.
I also enjoyed seeing Hopper riding again. Shame he had to lose the Championship by 6/1000's of a second.

I actually found this years WSB to be quite dull, but I'm glad that Checa FINALLY got his WSB title.

MotoGP has been odd this year as has Moto2.
Am looking forward to Moto3 next year.
