Title: Anyone own a 2004 - 2008 F150?

It is high time that I need to change plugs on my 2004 F150. I hear that the 5.4L triton engine is notorious for breaking plugs. So, was wondering if anyone got the plug extractor tool I can borrow/rent.

I don't know about that, but the modular engines are supposed to be bad about blowing plugs out of the head. My 6.8 V-10 did that. When I took it to be repaired there were Crown Vics and Mustangs sitting all over the place with the same problem. My mechanic said it is common to these.
